One of the issues we all face is being able to find a way to express the emotions we feel.

It is not uncommon for women to find that after a lifetime of caring for others we have suppressed our own feelings for so long that when we first try to express them we actually (even physically) lose our voice.

Join Singer/Songwriter and Entrepreneur Jackie Henrion in a joyful celebration of sound using a series of vocal exercises and experiments to help you become more aware of the power contained in your voice.

No prior musical knowledge or capability is required. Even if you think you can't sing, you can. Using our voice is not about whether you can sing, but about speaking up for ourselves. As you progress through the simple breathing and sounds supported by the entire group, you may not believe you were even capable of making them. After the hour long session you will feel an exhilaration that will make you want to recreate this experience in your own life as you search for your own voice.
