This is a group for women over 40 who are single and loving it! Women who want to connect. You are in search of a balance life that includes body, mind and spirit. The equation includes fun and diverse activities, meaningful and silly conversations to build lasting friendships.

What we are not: If you are only looking for something to fill the time and not looking for lasting friendships we kindly ask you to check out other groups before joining ours. As our friend we expect you to be there when you say you will and give us the courtesy of letting us know when your plans change. We do have events at places that have men but, as much as we all like them, we are not planning events to meet men. We will also leave the male-bashing out - this is our time to have fun!
