Hi everyone, hi Shana,

 

I am so glad you contacted me and I would have loved to be able to join you guys as well,,,, Actually the funny things is that only about 4 years ago I was running and swimming like a pro, ha ha. Unfortunately, I am a bit of a different case now since my life has changed some. I had a very horrific car accident 4 years ago in which I hit a rock wall (ice storm in Austin plus another driver mistake) and cracked my skull in way too many places. I had to have numerous skull and reconstructive surgeries and because of that I have many plates, implants, screws and bolts... in short the surgeons say it's not a good idea to run, swim, wakeboard, ski, anything pretty much that I love to do that may contribute to a fall and potentially re-open the case. I am fine, healthy and living well but I very much miss the things you guys are about to do. So enjoy it fully for me as well. Who knows, maybe in a few years they’ll let me, lol. If you guys would like to do other fun things such as dancing, or go out for other things, I’m in, so don't be afraid to ask.

I’m jealous; you guys are going to be sooooo strong, Have fun and let me know the progress.
