Hi Shana!
It was good to see you yesterday!  I might join your class later down
the line - I'm feeling stretched a bit thin these days, but I am
interested, especially since you said one day a week would work.  I'll
spread the word!

I went swimming last night and tried the whole "s" shape on my
stroke...Not sure if I'm doing it right, but I did seem to go faster:)

**Get BIKINI READY!! Core Strength training class!!!**

Coach Shana here, I am a personal trainer, core strength training coach
and sports massage therapist with Body Dynamix located in downtown
Austin.

Summer is upon us and I know many of you are looking for a FUN,
challenging, results oriented class to help you get ready for bathing
suit season!

If you enjoy working out outdoors and enjoy fun, group type exercises
then Body Dynamix has the class for you! "Core" means we target the
abdominals, obliques, low back, glutes, hips and thighs. This is a fast
paced, up beat class, guaranteed to make you sweat and tone all those
stubborn areas! Guys and gals are both encouraged to join! This is a
great way to meet fellow fitness enthusiasts in the downtown area.

A wide range of equipment is utilized including medicine balls,
stability disks, agility rings, plyometric equipment and resistance
bands.

We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 6-7pm outdoors at Auditorium
Shores located at the beautiful Town Lake recreational area. (near the
intersection of 1st Street and Riverside). Each session is 1 month long
(8 classes) and starts on the first Monday of each month.

The next session starts on Monday, August 6th! This is one week away!!

Classes are kept small (14 max) so you will get plenty of one on one
attention. Your current level of conditioning doesn't matter! All
exercises can be modified as needed to meet your needs.

The cost is normally $120 for the month ($15 per class) but Meet-up
group members will get $15 off the month, the equivalent of 1 free
class!
So Meet-up group members only have to pay $105 for 8 classes. This is
almost like ~$13 for an hour of personal training!
