Did you know that it's actually good for your health to have a strong network of friends? Whether you are busy with a career, are retired or recently relocated to the area, it can be hard to meet new friends. We are a group of women in our mid-30s to mid-60s from all backgrounds, who know how important it is to have some fun once in a while and build some friendships in the process. Maybe we'll meet for lunch, go to a museum or a show, go see a "chick flick", or just hang out for coffee/tea/cocktails and gab. Or what about our book group or beading bee? With a strong group of girlfriends, we can do just about anything!!!
