- Hi, I have been practicing Yoga and meditation for a couple of years now. I am into alternative healing, and nutrition. I love meeting new people who enjoy and practice this alternative lifestyle.
- Why did you join this group?

I would like to join this Meetup because I would like to surround myself with people that share the same lifestyle and values as I do so that we can all grow from each other.

I love to read, workout, cook, and write.

I am interested in learning about nourishment for the mind, body, and soul, and alternative medicine.

To me it means that one approaches all the existential and moral questions of life on their own terms ... without dictation by any religious dogma. It means that we seek within for guidance and stillness.
