I'll bring some extra needles and yarn if people don't have them yet. They're not fancy though...

For yarn - smooth, worsted weight yarn in a light color. No fuzzy, no black, no doo-dahs. They make it hard to see the stitches & understand what you are doing. For needles - look at the label on your yarn & get matching needles. If you have worsted weight yarn, probably an 8 would be a good needle to start with.

I think I will bake something for tomorrow. Is that still okay to bring? It will probably be a cinnamon bread or something similar.

bought my needles and a skein of yarn today! i tried, *tried* to buy light colored yarn like you told us, but i ended up with dark blue anyway. sorry! i'm probably going to bring a cold bottle of white and some flavored sparkling water. can everyone post what kind of food they're bringing so we get an idea of where there might be holes in the menu?
