Having fun and meeting new people while learning is always awesome! We'll be learning easy Self-Defense moves from a 2-degree Black Belt student. I went to her class a few weeks ago, and wow! I was amazed! She's a great teacher so we'll have a great time!
After we've exhausted ourselves practicing our coolest kicks and strongest punches, we'll chill outside, relax and have some munchies.
Cost is $10/Cash per person.
Please bring water and some munchies to share!
Wear comfy clothes, shoes, sunblock. We'll be meeting outside - in the shade so please take care of yourself!
