This group's intention is to build friendships among women with a foundation of fun, support, open minds and hearts. It's also a chance to move, climb, sweat, laugh, and talk in a non-judgemental atmosphere.

Ladies:
This is a busy time of year for all. But lets not forget our love of the outdoors and socializing as well as staying in shape. Lets meet at the Lake for a potluck lunch where we can get to meet some friends and future hiking partners and then have a hike around the lake. RSVP with what you will bring! And please put some thought into a nice dish that you'd like to share. I will provide a variety of drinks.
