“ I am going to have to cancel at the last minute here. I apologize, but I live down in La Selva Beach, which is about five miles north of Watsonville, and there is a fire burning about 5 miles east of us. We don't have to evacuate yet, but Highway 1 is closed between San Andreas/Larkin Valley Road and Airport Blvd., so I don't know if I will be able to get home later tonight and I don't want to risk it. I really wanted to go tonight, but I need to stay home just in case we have to evacuate. ”
