The 35-45 Single Women's Weekend Meetup Group

Meet other women in your community for friendship! Most of us work during the week and weeknight activities can be hard to plan and attend due to work schedules. But weekends are a different story! I'm thinking -- dining out, movies, dancing, drinks or just out having a ball. The possibilities are endless... I hope this group can be a place where any member can plan a meetup or contact others to see if anyone is up for fun and would like to get together on a weekend day or evening. Basically anyone is welcome to be an organizer! Of course, if there is something special or fun on a weeknight, that's great too. As for the age range, I find that people around the same age are more likely to want to do similar things and have similar lifestyles and interests. I started a single women's social group in Manhattan in '98 and it was fantastic. Parties, plays, hikes, weekend trips, you name it, we did it. The group lasted a couple of years and 9 years later many of us are still friends!

I finally closed on my condo and I would love to have you over to "christen" it with the good vibes of our happy little group!!!!
I'm thinking 7 - 9 and then we can go somewhere like Vinny's or another bar/restaurant nearby.
