What is your biggest challenge when it comes to money?

I need to stop eating out and impulse buying.

Where are you now with regards to personal finance?

On a scale of 1-10, I'm about a zero. :-( I have ideas and goals but would love to hear about ideas from real, normal working women who have been successful.

What are your financial goals for 2008?

Reduce my debt by 75% by October, be able to afford doubling my 401K contribution by the end of the year and use my etrade account effectively!
