Women's Self Defense Courses August Meetup

The seminar is primarily interactive: wear something you would feel comfortable working out in. We will go over: basic strikes, vocalization, close-range defense, defense from the ground (if you are laying down or pinned), and will wrap up with an encounter with 'Redman' (a trained instructor in a full-body suit) to give you the most realistic scenario training possible. Afterwards there will be a Q & A session. Depending on number of participants, seminars usually run about 2 hours.
