…there is a time for everything and at New Moon, it is time for a growing group of women to create a wishing well for self renewal and support. One for all and all for one, we bring our hopes and dreams, goals and missions into a collaborative communication circle to exchange insights and ideas, encouragement, talent and leads. What makes us different from other networking groups is that we are coming together without any common denominator, except for the one that we are "Women in Transformation". What makes us super special is that we are dedicated to give our all and receive all we can until every circle-member has given and received what was needed at that time!

THE GAME eXperience works really well with 8-16 players for a more intimate support group. Often, members come together who don't know each other and might not see each other again since a Woman’s WELL falls on a different day of the week every month...
Most of us come from different walks of life and countries of origin, operating in social circles that are unlikely to cross; yet, we find astounding synergy in the WELL...
Most of us had plenty of disappointing experiences with our fellow humans and got a bit scarred by interactions with social groups like family members, school or work places; still, we are willing to be open and authentic in the WELL...
Most of us bring up a variety of different issues, seemingly unrelated; yet we connect with each other in deep dialogue for hours, each one according to her stamina and attention span ... Hats off to you, WELL Women! You are the paradigm shift we have been waiting for!
