This group is geared towards women who are 40 & older who are interested in exploring yoga & fitness at a basic level in a non-threatening environment. If you have felt intimidated by a gym or structured exercise class, then this group is for you. The purpose is to introduce each woman into a routine that is individualized to her own fitness level.
