Making the ride interesting for example choice different bike paths to see the sites. Make coffee stops and picnic lunches. Summer is the time to ride and lunch at the beach , tan and ride back. Now, there is a place for those struggling with eating disorders or who are in recovery and need support right here in Knoxville. Although the meetup group takes away the anonymity of EDA, it's a good way to get the word out for others to share.
