This group is designed for average figure women in their 40's and beyond.  Wardrobe development is a skill that can be learned and refined. This skill is more fun to learn as a group. This group offers friendship and self-growth as we together learn how to enhance ourselves by dressing in items that flatter our individual shapes. 

This is an organized support group for women who are looking to perhaps grow in some facet of their lives or may be facing life changes and are looking for the support of other women. At this point it is an open group, with a membership application. It may at some point close, and then another group would open for other women. It is not a psychotherapy group, but rather a peer-support group.

The season is well underway and we've been having wonderful rides.  Come on out to the Village Bike Shop Cascade and join us for an entry level bike ride every Wednesday evening.  Whatever your ability or equipment, you are welcome.  Ladies come with all types of bikes (comfort, mountain, road) and all types of experience (lycra optional). We are ladies who like getting together while wearing hats, of all different styles, and wild outfits, just to laugh and have FUN. Any lady may join us as long as ladies under 50 wear pink hats and lavendar outfits and ladies 50 and over wear red hats and purple outfits.

This group provides an alternative to the club or bar scene meet up option.
