I am a male survivor of domestic violence looking to start a group for other survivors. I am specifically looking for male survivors, but women are welcome as well. I am getting help and resources from First Step, the Wayne County Project on Domestic Violence (www.firststep-mi.org), and they will be helping the group, as well.

Boot camp will be outdoors as much as the weather permits. Because of the smaller class size it is great for all fitness levels. I am adamant about proper form and intensity.
