This is a group for women over 50 who want to maintain or regain the vibrant energy of their 40's and say "NO" to chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, dementia and cancer that are so prevalent in America today. I started this group to educate women (especially baby boomers) who are confused about what it takes to be fabulous in your 50's and sizzle in your 60's. We can meet twice a month and discuss specific health/wellness topics and support each other.

DTS is an all women's sports organization for women 30 and over. Our core sports are slow-pitch softball and basketball.
