I started this group out of a love of temporary Henna Tattoos (Mehendi) and was amazed at how the art of Henna brings groups of ladies together in a social setting. I'm interested in getting in better shape, and have found that Zumba is a great, fun way to do it. So, I started this group in order to bring together people in the Charleston, SC area who are interested in getting fit in a fun way.

If you enjoy being around people who love to laugh because they 1) know how free and easy they feel when they act silly and 2) understand that humor is a Wellness skill that keeps you young- inside and out, then this is the meetup for you.
